Cookie Policy

Last Updated: September 10, 2026

This policy explains how petronas77 uses cookies and similar tracking tools to ensure our platform operates efficiently and provides a personalized experience for our users.

Understanding Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your browser and remember certain information about your visit. Beyond traditional cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage—which stores data more permanently on your device—and tracking pixels, which are tiny invisible images used to monitor user interaction.

For a gambling platform, these tools are vital. They enable us to maintain secure sessions, ensure that the game lobby loads your preferences correctly, and prevent unauthorized access to your account. Without these technologies, the site would treat every page refresh as a first-time visit, making it impossible to stay logged in or maintain a consistent gaming environment.

Types of Cookies We Use

We categorize the cookies used on petronas77 based on their purpose and necessity. Some are essential for the site to function, while others help us improve the overall user journey.

Essential Cookies

These are required for the basic operation of the site. They handle session authentication so you stay logged in as you move between pages. If disabled, you will be unable to access your account or make deposits.

Performance Cookies

These collect anonymous data on how visitors interact with the site. For example, they help us see which pages are most frequented. The site remains fully functional if these are declined.

Functional Cookies

These remember your specific choices, such as your preferred display currency (MYR) or your language settings, to provide a tailored experience. The site will work without them, but preferences must be reset manually.

Targeting Cookies

These are used to deliver advertisements that are more relevant to your interests. They track browsing habits to show specific offers. Declining these will not affect your ability to play games.

How We Use Cookies

Session Authentication We use cookies to keep you securely signed in during your session, removing the need to enter credentials on every single page.
Preference Management Cookies store your site settings, ensuring that the RM symbol and your layout preferences are preserved across visits.
Security and Fraud Prevention We monitor device signatures and session patterns to detect multi-account abuse and protect your funds from unauthorized access.
Usage Analysis By measuring how users navigate the site, we can optimize the interface and improve the speed of the download app process.
Relevant Offers We use cookies to recognize returning users and display promotions that align with their gaming style.

Third-Party Cookies

While petronas77 sets its own cookies, we also allow third-party service providers to place cookies on your device. These partners typically fall into three categories: analytics providers who help us understand traffic, advertising networks that manage promotional content, and payment processors who ensure transactions are secure and fraud-free.

Because these cookies are managed by external entities, we do not have direct control over them. We encourage you to review the individual privacy policies of our service partners to understand how they handle your data.

How to Manage or Disable Cookies

You have the right to control how cookies are used on your device. Most modern browsers provide tools to block or delete cookies. Below are the general paths to find these settings:

Google Chrome Navigate to Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.
Safari Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.
Mozilla Firefox Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
Microsoft Edge Access Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies.

Alternatively, you can use "Incognito" or "Private" browsing modes. In these modes, cookies are usually deleted automatically once the browser window is closed. However, this does not stop cookies from being used during the active session.

Important Notice: Blocking all cookies, especially essential ones, will break core site functionality. You will not be able to perform a petronas77 login, access your wallet, or complete any deposits.

Cookie Consent & Your Choices

Your primary method of controlling cookies is through your browser settings, as detailed above. If a cookie notice is presented upon your arrival at our site, you may use it to set your initial preferences. These choices can typically be revisited by clearing your browser cache and cookies, which will trigger the notice to appear again.

Where provided by applicable laws in Malaysia, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the ability to request access, correction, or deletion of information stored via cookies. For more comprehensive information on our operational rules, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed about how we manage your data.
